MEETING NO. 5 RED RIVER COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT AGENDA February 22, 2010 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
THAT A REGULAR MEETING OF THE RED RIVER COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT WILL BE HELD ON THE 22nd DAY OF
FEBRUARY, 2010 AT 10:00 A.M. IN THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, 200 N. WALNUT, CLARKSVILLE, TEXAS, AT WHICH
TIME THE FOLLOWING SUBJECTS WILL BE DISCUSSED, TO WIT: INVOCATION 1) Consider for approval petition
to reopen portion of CR 4637. 2) Consider for approval accepting bid for digital communications
equipment for the Sheriff’s Office. 3) Read into the minutes completion of 16 hours of Continuing
Education for County Auditor Shirley Anderson. 4) Read into the minutes completion of 5 hours of
training on the Texas Public Funds Investment Act for County Auditor Shirley Anderson. 5) Read into
the minutes 20 hours of Continuing Education for 2009 for District Clerk Janice Gentry and County
Clerk Lorie Moose. 6) Receive report on Indigent Health Care from Ark-Tex COG representative. 7)
Receive report on IT services from Ark-Tex COG representative. 8) Consider for approval amending
the budget of Precinct #4. 9) Consider for approval line item transfers. 10) Consider for approval
checks written from February 8th to February 22nd, 2010. 11) Adjourn. Signed this the 18th day of
