MEETING NO. 3 RED RIVER COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT AGENDA February 8, 2010 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
THAT A REGULAR MEETING OF THE RED RIVER COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT WILL BE HELD ON THE 8h DAY OF
FEBRUARY, 2010 AT 10:00 A.M. IN THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, 200 N. WALNUT, CLARKSVILLE, TEXAS, AT WHICH
TIME THE FOLLOWING SUBJECTS WILL BE DISCUSSED, TO WIT: INVOCATION 1) Consider for approval award of
materials procurement for water system improvements in the Red River County Water Supply
Corporation area, TDRA STEP #728136. 2) Hear report and recommendations from County Auditor Shirley
Anderson. 3) Consider for approval audit report from Lanny Walker of Arnold, Walker & Arnold.
4) Consider for approval Mobile Technology Device Policy for Red River County. 5) Consider for
approval Electronic Data Use Policy for Red River County. 6) Consider for approval County Auditor’s
First Quarter Investment Report. 7) Consider for approval County Investment Policy. 8) Consider for
approval appointment of County Investment Officer. 9) Consider for approval accepting bid for the
purchase of 1996 or newer truck for Pct. #1. 10) Consider for approval minutes from the
Commissioners Court meetings held in January 2010. 11) Consider for approval the County Treasurer’s
Report for January 2010. 12) Consider for approval line item transfers. 13) Consider for approval
checks written from January 25th to February 8th, 2010. 14) Adjourn. Signed this the 4th day of
