REGULAR MEETING OF THE RED RIVER COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT WILL BE HELD ON THE

10:00 A.M. IN THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, 200 N. WALNUT, CLARKSVILLE, TEXAS, AT WHICH
TIME THE FOLLOWING SUBJECTS WILL BE DISCUSSED, TO WIT:
INVOCATION
1) Consider for approval
nomination of David Carpenter of Detroit to serve on the Red River Appraisal Review Board for a
two-year term beginning January 1, 2010.
2) Consider for approval
authorization for Commissioners to sell the following scrap material: bridge rails, all bridge
materials, culverts, grader blades, used tires, used motor oil, scrap metal.
3) Consider for approval bid
on 1972 CAT loader for Pct. #1.
4) Consider for approval
authorizing County Auditor Shirley Anderson to go out for bids to purchase road materials.
5) Consider for approval
authorizing County Auditor Shirley Anderson to go out for bids to purchase fuel for the County.
6) Receive Quarterly Report
from Red River County Child Protective Services Board .
7) Receive report on Indigent
Health Care from Ark-Tex COG representative.
8) Receive report on IT
services from Ark-Tex COG representative.
9) Consider for approval line
item transfers.
10) Consider for approval checks written from January
11, 2009 to January 25
th, 2010.
