INVOCATION
1) Hear brief report about
yearly programs from Extension Agents Lynn Golden and Meko Miller.
2) Consider for approval
rescinding action in 12/28/09 Meeting #34 authorizing purchase of 1996 Freightliner truck for Pct.
#1.
3) Consider for approval
authorizing Commissioner Donnie Gentry to go out for bids to purchase a used truck for Pct. #1.
4) Consider for approval
Agreement between Ark-Tex Council of Governments and Red River County on a Hazard Mitigation Grant
Program.
5) Consider for approval
accepting the donation of two new vehicles for the Sheriff’s Office.
6) Read into the minutes
completion of 20 hours of Continuing Education for Justice of the Peace Shelley Benton.
7) Read into the minutes bond
for Judy Mankins, Secretary to County Attorney Val Varley.
8) Consider for approval
minutes from the Commissioners Court meetings held in December, 2009.
9) Consider for approval the
County Treasurer’s Report for December, 2009.
10) Consider for approval line item transfers.
11) Consider for approval checks written from December

th, 2009 to January 11, 2010.
